Our planet doesn't stop to suprise scientists and simple people.
Scientists find amazing facts, but we lead the life as mosquitoes, the most important for us is today's day.
The Canadian paleontologist Hunt studied remains from the live of seaweed which lived about one and a half billion years ago.
Even children know that the age of a tree can be defined by quantity of rings,if to cut a tree certainly.
Cruel method, but effective.
The analysis of ancient seaweeds has shown that one and a half billion years ago, days in a year was three times more than now.
It is possible to make some conclusions.
The Earth turned round itself three times faster and if to take courage, is possible to assert that it was three times less!
There is more courageous conclusion - the gravity on our planet was three times more than now.
The Japanese scientists have made a huge research on the following theme:
In the childhood all of us played with sand - built various locks from wet sand, when sand dried up - locks were scattered.
If we take dry sand and make from it such barkhans, which can be observed into desert, when we watch TV about a life of animals in desert then we notice an interesting fact:
The sand has an specific feature - it is impossible to make a barkhan above a certain height - it will simple fall down.
And so the Japanese scientists studied the height of these barkhans, but modern deserts were not enought, they studied tracks of the sand which was hundred millions years ago.
Don't know, what for these researches were necessary, but the result was amazing - the height of the ancient barkhans were two times less than the height of modern barkhans.
So we can do the simple conclusion - the gravity on a planet was twice more.
At last the data of space companions say that the distance between continents increases constantly, from year to year.
Only some centimetres, but the conclusive fact!
Taking in consideration all of this we can do a conclusion - our Earth smoothly grows in sizes and is spends the energy.
But we live our separate live from the planet.
There are no affairs for us to the Earth's size,or to how many trees are cut down per a day,or to the areas of deserts.
